Mar 21,  · I’ ve learned that we may think of dance as an art form, but it is equally an athletic event, a fact Gatorade recognized last summer when they featured “So You Think You Can Dance” winner Lauren Froderman on their first dancer-athlete bottle.

Dance takes as much strength and stamina as any other sport. The photo on the left should've been a happy milestone. It was our twentieth wedding anniversary, and we were celebrating with a photo shoot complete with a stunning custom-made scarlet dress.

I think that's her great gift: that boldness, that confidence in what she can do. She's won a lot of prizes, and you can understand why.
